NAVEGaid provides professional Shopify support and consulting services under flexible subscription plans. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Shopify technical support and consultation
  • Store optimization (UX/UI tweaks, performance monitoring, navigation updates)
  • App recommendations and basic app installations
  • Theme customization within theme limitations
  • Strategy calls and store improvement suggestions

Exclusions:

  • Custom coding and advanced development (available with a separate quote)
  • Content creation (e.g., product descriptions, image uploads)
  • Advanced design work, graphic assets, or SEO overhauls
  • Development of custom apps or integrations

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Pricing: Subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually, as specified on our website.
  • Payment Method: Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
  • Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
  • Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription anytime. No further payments will be processed after cancellation, but no refunds will be issued for prior payments.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when requested (e.g., Shopify store URL, collaborator access codes).
  • Grant us necessary permissions to access your Shopify admin as a collaborator for requested tasks.
  • Follow Stripe's terms of service for payment processing.
  • Use the services in good faith and not for any illegal or harmful purposes.

5. Collaborator Access

You are not required to provide full permissions immediately. We will inform you about specific permissions needed for each request. All access granted will be used exclusively to fulfill your support requests.

6. Limitation of Liability

NAVEGaid strives to provide high-quality support and advice. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
  • Third-party apps, Shopify updates, or changes that may impact store functionality.
  • Loss of revenue, data, or business operations.

In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid for our services within the last 3 months.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, recommendations, and reports provided as part of our services are the intellectual property of NAVEGaid.
  • You may use the provided materials solely for your Shopify store and business operations.

8. Termination of Service

NAVEGaid reserves the right to terminate services under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Misuse of services or unethical behavior
  • Non-payment for subscription renewals

9. Refund Policy

NAVEGaid operates on a subscription basis. Payments made are final, and we do not offer refunds for services already rendered.
